I called for the payoff amount. I was told that I had an auto payment that would process soon, and this payoff amount I clouded that payment.

I was told that I would most likely be reimbursed if that payment processed after I paid the payoff. The other optio. Was to wait till it processed then pay it off. I decided to payoff at that time then be reimbursed.

Unfortunately, that payment was returned somehow nearly a month after processing. I was charged that and some late fees and some additional fees totaling nearly $300. I calledto inquires and was "discounted at least 4 times before I was able to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor removed the late fees and all other fees but stated I would still need to pay the returned payment.

I agreed simply because this has been time consuming and I want to close this account. My advice, never use this financing company.

My credit says I have an active account but I called them to fix this they say the account is already closed but on my credit it showing active and open stil they not affiliated with mattress firm so when can I except to get paid some one is going to be given me money for reimbursing me 4 damages your doing to me I can't get credit because of your stupid crap I'm pissed you caused me 4 credit denials because you're showing open and active SOMEONE BEST DO SOMETHING AND GIVE ME $1300.00 THAT IS WHAT I WAS ALMOST APPROVED FOR UNTIL YOU *** POP UP AS OPEN THANKS, HIRE SOME PEOPLE WHO actually want a job and not people who sit on their lazy *** and do *** and that money was to help us get a place to live that nice I am happy you all have a nice warm place to sleep and yummy food I guess you sleep well must be nice guess it's great while you're screwing old customers out of loans and have no money for a good place good food I guess you are fine with the fact that It isn't effecting you

2021 was worst yr of my life, long story short, worked 45 yrs, phone stolen twice, terminated March 2021, sales down to pandemic, denied unemployment, apt broken into, rugs gone shoes gone, moved temporarily into hotel, items in storage, found rental room after 2 months, had to return my new mattress and box springs, im widowed 62, dont have truck or means, had mattress picked up taken back Alpharetta.Ga location , automatic payments for PICKUP only refund still coming OUT OF BANK ACCT. Total CLOSE TO $300 by now Mattress Firm says Vive can ONLY DO REFUND..VIVE TELKS ME ONLY MATTRESS FIRM CAN DO REFUND,,,ITS LIKE A TENNIS MATCH,,I still have a balance of $127.00 to pay for the mattress pickup ..if I pay total will b near $400..

I must have left receipt in hotel a yr ago with my melt down.. I remember having to pay $200 it actuality was only $99.00 she told me over phone,, 20% on the $99 pickup charge and had to b sent back to warehouse.still DOESNT MAKE SINCEthey WONT CONSIDER BEING PAID IN FULL AND WONT DO A REFUND ..they want the REMAINING BALANCE OF $127.00 for pick up
